The majority of our orders are sent by letterbox post. It is also possible to opt for parcel post €5.95 in NED (usually delivered the next day and + track & trace). Normally (no special holidays) your order will be delivered by letterbox post in NED within 2-3 working days. Shipping to Belgium takes a little longer, about 3-6 working days.

All jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, 14 carat gold and surgical steel. The characteristics of the items themselves state what material they are made of.

It is good to check daily whether the backs (of button earrings) are not too tight against the earpiece. This prevents irritation. You can use the rubber backs (which can be ordered separately) instead of the silver ones, these usually stay in place better on rods without grooves.

With all earrings you receive 2 silver backs as standard. Especially with small children, it often happens that the backs get lost. That is why it is possible to order additional rubber backs (2 euros). You DO NOT wear these together, but you choose to wear EITHER the silver ones OR the rubber backs.Shoplink rubber backs.

We use a jeweler's usual warranty . The watches come with a standard manufacturer's warranty.
